Mrs. Spry
Hello Room 8 families. My name is Karol Spry. This is my 9th full year at Rio Seco. Before the birth of my children, I taught in the San Diego Unified School District. I stayed at home with them until about 12 years ago when I began substitute teaching here at Rio Seco. This is my 5th year teaching 1st grade. I absolutely love it! I am extremely excited about teaching your 1st graders this year!!
When I am not at school, I love being with my family. Matthew is a sophmore at UCSD studying Structural Engineering. Sara is in 12th grade at Santana HS. My husband Brian also works in education as a Special Education Administrator. We live in Lakeside (border of Santee). You will probably see us around the Santana HS soccer fields, the basketball courts, the volleyball courts, the softball fields, or the pool (Water Polo). Our kids love playing sports when they are not in school and we love watching them.
