Dear Parents/Guardians of Room 23:

My name is Mrs. Meier and I am looking forward to being your child’s teacher this year! Fifth grade is a tremendous year of academic and social growth, one that I enjoy being a part of.  Be assured I am working  to provide a welcoming learning environment and standards-based classroom as your child becomes accustomed to an increasingly more difficult curriculum.  This year, we will focus on the practices of problem solving, perseverance, communication skills, and working independently.  Thank you in advance for supporting what we do in class!
