Mr. Carrillo's class
I will be starting RSP services on September 6th to allow students to acclimate to their new teachers and schedule. RSP services may be conducted inside the general education classroom or in my classroom (LRC 1). My room is located just outside the Junior High Building adjacent to the Library. Students who have RSP in my classroom will be pulled from their elective class. I will be working with students and teachers closely to ensure IEP goals are being met. I will be emailing out a welcome back letter the first week of school. I will also be sending out a questionnaire with your child the first day of school. Parents of 8th grade students will have transition meetings with high school staff in the spring of 2022, so I may have to adjust Annual or Triennial meeting dates prior to these meetings. I will contact you by email/phone call home to do so.
All JH students will receive a planner. Please check your child's planner daily and please visit your child's teachers' website as some teachers post schedules, assignments, and homework on their websites.
