I am thrilled to join Rio Seco School as Vice Principal for the 2023-2024 school year! Before joining Rio Seco, I served as a Vice Principal at PRIDE Academy for three years. I served as a Dean of Students at Cajon Park and Sycamore for two years prior. I have been with the Santee School District since 2006 and in education since 2002. In my free time, I enjoy doing puzzles, watching my daughter play volleyball and my other daughter dancing, and traveling with my family.
Based on my first days here, I already know that this school is full of committed staff members, students, and families. Together, we will continue to foster a school environment that is inclusive, engaging, welcoming, and safe. We will achieve this through our commitment to our three core values: be safe, being responsible, and be respectful of one another and our school. We all have talents and skills to share and when we put all of these together, we have Roadrunner PRIDE!
